Hello, fellow readers!
We’ve decided to put The Forbidden Bookshelf on hiatus for a few months. We’re taking some time off to relax, recharge and read! 
We made an effort to post as many review requests as possible before the break, but unfortunately there were a few we didn’t get to. We’ll work on the rest once we’re up and running again.
Before we go, we wanted to say thank you to our followers for supporting our blog! Several of you have let us know that you enjoyed a book we reviewed or featured, and we’re always thrilled to hear that. 
Have a fabulous summer (or winter, for our friends in the Southern Hemisphere), and we hope to see you again soon. (Probably October!)

With all the Fall and pre-Holiday releases being teased these days on author websites, it sounds like your ‘escape’ from blogging will certainly be busy!
Between catching up on your own TBR lists and indulging your special ‘read-ahead’ privileges, What a time you both certainly will have!!!
The next few months are always the most-hectic on all our calendars, so do everything you feel is necessary so you can attend to ‘life’ and still be able to have enough time full of all the reading and preparation needed for a glorious October return.
Know that we will be doing our best to do the same – and to welcome your ‘we’re b-a-a-c-k’ blog when we all are ‘back on the planet!’

Our plans are still up in the air at this point. We’re plotting some changes for both blogs, and hopefully we’ll know more next month.
Next month is almost here…what is the other blog you speak of? Is it your book of secrets one?
The other blog is Novel Reflections, which will be getting an overhaul very soon. Hopefully we’ll have an announcement post here and there next week.
